In addition to stretching, I'm going to start doing these strengthening exercises I got off of runnersworld.com. I'm supposed to do them before a run and they take 20 to 25 minutes to do, so I'll have to get up and moving earlier in the morning. Mondays and Thursdays are non-running days for me, so I'm going to get in some weight training on those days for my upper body which means I need to finish putting together this piece of equipment I bought in December. I seem to be missing some of the necessary parts (bolts and such) and that's what's keeping me from doing it. |
