Tomorrow is an optional day. I'm thinking about doing a slow pace and working on my form. I read this cool article about improving ones form and one of the suggestions was to push your leg back when it's about to hit the ground (I can't explain too well) because most uneconomical runners will have their foot land out in front of them and apparently that's not the way to go and I have to say that for the few minutes I tried it, I did notice a difference, like I wasn't landing so hard. So, maybe I'll do a mile or so and work on form. :) |
